Thousands of people are expected to participate in a “Commit to Conservation" call-in on Wednesday, October 17, said Ralph Grossi, President of AFT. “I would hope we would be so successful that we would lock up the Senate switchboard with calls asking for an increase in conservation funding,” says Jim Andrew, who will join Grossi in calling his Senators.
