Biography

Grew up on a grain farm in Schuylkill County, PA.
1994 – Bachelor’s Degree – Geo-Environmental Studies, Shippensburg University
1994-1998 – Lebanon County Conservation District
1998-present – PA Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Farmland Preservation
Director of the nationally recognized Pennsylvania Farmland Preservation Program since 2007 (permanent agricultural conservation easement purchase program)
In addition, oversee Clean and Green preferential assessment, Agricultural Security Area, Farm Vitality Planning Grant, and Century Farm Programs
