Greg PlotkinDeputy Director of Digital Communications
Greg develops and implements AFT’s online communications strategy, overseeing multiple websites, email communications, social media, video, and other digital content. He has served in several positions with AFT’s Development and Communications departments, including as AFT’s manager of institutional partnerships where he developed a comprehensive fundraising strategy for foundation, corporate, and government partners. Greg has also served as a fundraising and communications consultant to several leading nonprofit organizations, including The Edible Schoolyard Project, Trees for the Future, and Rainforest Action Network. He currently sits on the board of Tahoe Food Hub and serves as a volunteer adviser for the Desert Farming Initiative at the University of Nevada, Reno. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
