Robin joined American Farmland Trust in February of 2023 as the New England Policy Associate. Her main responsibilities include working with the New England Policy Manager and key regional partners in supporting policy work with a focus on Maine, and coordinating and elevating the Working Lands Alliance project in Connecticut. Robin grew up in Maine and returned to her home state after earning degrees at both The Culinary Institute of America, and Drexel University. She has spent the last decade working on creating a fair and equitable food system in Maine, most recently as the Maine Department of Education’s Farm and Sea to School Coordinator where she supported the relationships between institutional buyers and farmers. Robin lives in the Midcoast region of Maine where she spends her free time growing food and slowly restoring an old farmhouse with her partner.
