Josh is part of AFT’s Midwest Regional team as a Missouri Farmland Protection Specialist. Based in Columbia, MO, Josh works with the Missouri state office of NRCS to further expand access, knowledge, and implementation of the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program – Agricultural Land Easements (ACEP-ALE) and other farmland protection programs throughout the state. Before joining AFT, Josh served as the Local Food Systems Coordinator with the Greenbelt Land Trust of Mid-Missouri. While at the Greenbelt Land Trust of Mid-Missouri, Josh supported the growth of the Land Trust’s Working Lands Initiative, focused on conserving the region’s farmland and supporting the next generation of farmers.
