Genesee Valley Conservancy is represented by Matt Halladay.
The seeds of conservation were planted in Matt early on growing up along the creeks, farms, and rolling hills of Naples, NY. He strives each day to deepen his relationship with the natural world, whether in his garden, on the trail, or wherever the land calls. He and his wife met while attending SUNY Geneseo together and live in Honeoye Falls with their son Arlo.

Matt has worked on energy initiatives aimed at encouraging climate resiliency and carbon mitigation strategies with communities in the area through the Genesee/Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council and has worked for The Nature Conservancy in Vermont working on community-based river restoration policy project.
