A partnership between American Farmland Trust and Chobani to assist dairy farmers in their efforts to overcome challenges and plan for the future

Dairy farms are critical parts of the landscape and the economy in communities across America. But dairy farm families are facing tremendous change due to a weak dairy economy, disruptions from severe weather and an aging farming population. We are proud to stand beside Chobani in helping dairy farmers facing these transitions.

Through this partnership, AFT will provide a collection of resources through AFT’s Farmland Information Center and offer microgrants of up to $10,000 to help dairy farm families navigate uncertain times.
