Biography
Charline joined American Farmland Trust in May of 2023. Their primary responsibilities include in person, virtual and administrative outreach and community building, along with other administrative tasks. Charline is the first generation to be born in the United States in their family. They were raised in New England where they also earned their Bachelor’s degree at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. They have stayed in Eastern Massachusetts since and has been farming in urban and peri-urban spaces, growing medicine with friends. Prior to joining the AFT team, Charline has worked in spaces using Art, Curriculum, Food and Facilitation to connect and support under-supported growers and cultural crop distribution.
