Justin partners with the CEO and Executive Team to help the organization navigate uncertainty and achieve strategic goals. In addition to being an executive thought-partner, Justin leads various workstreams to advance the CEO’s vision and drive organizational change. Before joining AFT, Justin spent 15 years providing strategic, analytical, and administrative support for executives and boards across a range of sectors. Most recently, he was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Bermuda Airport Authority, where he served as the CEO’s primary advisor, led strategic planning and culture-defining processes, and executed a diverse portfolio of cross-organizational initiatives. In previous roles, he investigated financial crime for a mid-sized bank and tracked performance for the Government of Bermuda. Justin earned a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Economics from Trinity University (San Antonio, Texas). Born and raised in Bermuda, Justin and his family are now proud residents of the nation’s capital.
