Olivia develops and maintains the organization budget and designs the finance and accounting systems to produce the reports necessary for understanding the full financial picture. Her role focuses on budget management and systems improvement. Before joining AFT, Olivia worked in accounting and operations support for social justice-oriented churches and other organizations that work with disenfranchised populations. Olivia is a Certified Bookkeeper who loves people, assessing systems, solving problems, and permaculture.
