Sarah works with program staff and the Institutional Partnerships team to raise financial support from Foundation, Government, and other organization sources for AFT’s national and regional programs. Before joining AFT, Sarah attended the College of Charleston where she obtained a Master of Science in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and a Master of Public Administration. Her thesis focused on evaluating hurricane flooding risk and social vulnerability amongst affordable housing complexes on the Charleston, SC peninsula.
