Willa oversees AFT’s Individual Giving team. She strives to grow and strengthen relationships with donors to further advance AFT’s mission and diverse programming. Before joining AFT, she worked as the associate director of development for the Marin Agricultural Land Trust where she oversaw direct mail and giving programs, including planned, monthly, online and corporate. Prior to MALT, she worked as the membership and development manager for the Cape Elizabeth Land Trust in Maine. Willa earned a Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in urban planning from McGill University.
