AFT Applauds USDA Announcement of Regenerative Pilot Program

American Farmland Trust applauds today’s announcement of the Regenerative Pilot Program which will help farmers advance many of the soil health practices needed to strengthen profitability, reduce reliance on expensive inputs, build resilience, and improve soil, air, and water quality. These are all longstanding pillars of AFT’s mission to save the land that sustains us. We look forward to learning more details about this program, and continuing to work with NRCS to help producers adopt conservation practices on their farms.
