Moving a farm infrastructure project from concept to completion takes more than a good idea. It takes engineering expertise, knowledge of the funding landscape, and time that most farmers don't have.
Prosperity Partners, American Farmland Trust's fee-for-service program, is expanding its agricultural engineering services in the Northeast. And this April, we're hosting three free webinars to show farmers, land trusts, and nonprofits what's now possible.
Each session is built around a specific audience. Find the one that fits your operation.
Webinar 1: Engineering for Crop Producers – April 16, 2026 @ 6 p.m. ET
If you grow crops in the Northeast and have an irrigation or drainage project sitting on the back burner, this webinar is for you.
On April 16 at 6 p.m. Eastern, Prosperity Partners' licensed agricultural engineers will walk through how they help crop producers tackle common bottlenecks in farm infrastructure. From project scoping through permitting and funding. Whether you're starting from scratch or trying to get a stalled project moving again, this session will give you a clear path forward.

Webinar 2: Engineering for Dairy and Livestock Operations – April 16, 2026 @ 6 p.m.
Dairy and livestock producers face infrastructure challenges that are hard to hand off to a general contractor. These include manure management systems, water upgrades, and barn-scale improvements that have to work right the first time and qualify for NRCS cost-share funding.
On April 23 at 6 p.m. Eastern, our engineers will walk through how Prosperity Partners helps livestock operations plan, fund, and build the improvements their farms need. If you've been putting off a major farmstead upgrade because the path forward isn't clear, this session is worth an hour of your time.

Webinar 3: Engineering for Land Trusts and Nonprofits @ Noon ET
Land trusts and conservation nonprofits often work alongside farmers on protected land, but finding a trusted engineering partner who understands both the conservation context and the technical requirements of farm infrastructure isn't easy.
On April 30 at noon Eastern, Prosperity Partners will walk through how we support land trusts and nonprofits in moving conservation and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation. We’ll also discuss how we help connect farmers on protected land with the technical and funding resources they need to succeed.

Prosperity Partners operates under AFT's Farmer and Rancher Services division. The team includes licensed Technical Service Providers and a Professional Engineer with 17 years of experience working with farmers and NRCS. Services are fee-for-service and available across the Northeast.
All three webinars are free and open to anyone working in farming or conservation in the region.
