These three positions will be integral contributors to AFT’s ambitious San Joaquin Valley Land and Water Strategy, Farms for a New Generation national program, and Soil Health Bottom Line programs in San Joaquin Valley, Central California, and Southern California. It’s a great opportunity to help protect California farmland, accelerate regenerative agricultural practices, and conserve groundwater resources among a wide variety of farming communities. This bilingual position (Spanish-English) will help farmers address social, economic, and environmental challenges.

This bilingual position (Spanish, Hmong, or Lao) is a field-based role that engages farmers in adopting regenerative farming practices to protect environmental quality and respond to climate change.
