Alina Wei

Alina supports the operations of AFT's agricultural conservation easements, including the Buy, Protect, Sell Plus program. She works closely with the stewardship and acquisition of new easements and fee lands. Before joining AFT, Alina worked on a small-scale dairy farm in Putney, Vermont, teaching outdoor environmental education at public and private institutions. Her passion for sustainable agriculture emerged while working at a local farm in Eugene, Oregon. Since then, she worked with many food security programs, food banks, and SNAP eligibility assistance to support underrecognized communities. Alina completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Oregon with a focus on the intersection of sustainable business and food systems.
