Born and raised in Silver Spring, a suburb of Washington, DC, Caitlin now lives in Montgomery County's Agricultural Reserve. Each spring, she farms peonies for a CSA-style subscription and grows flower and veggie plant starts for home gardeners. Before joining AFT, she also did event floral design, focusing on locally sourced products and sustainable practices. Caitlin loves reading, exploring the world of natural and plant-based dyes, quilt-making, and spending time with her family and friends.
