Caitlin Tucker

Caitlin serves as the New York Agricultural Stewardship Program Manager, supporting farmers, farmland owners, and agricultural service providers through direct technical assistance, on-farm research and demonstrations, and educational programming. Caitlin also guides the ever-expanding New York Demonstration Farm Network, a network of farms across the state that collaborate with AFT and partners to test and demonstrate conservation practices and share practical insights with the broader agricultural community.

With more than a decade of experience, Caitlin has worked with Rodale Institute, the CCE Cornell Vegetable Program, and the USDA Agricultural Research Service. She holds an M.S. in Entomology from the University of Kentucky, a B.S. in Plant Sciences from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Crop Advisor in New York.

Caitlin believes that stewardship is a shared responsibility and that each of us has a unique role in caring for the land. She finds great joy in her role collaborating with farmers to explore new ideas and approaches to conservation that support healthy agroecosystems and the communities that they sustain.
