Elisabeth Spratt
Project Manager
Elisabeth joined AFT in July 2026 and is a Project Manager for the Beef Producer Economic Resilience Initiative. She aims to bring her love of systems improvement and human-centered culture to help the team function at its best. She first became interested in the connection between regenerative agriculture, healthy communities, and thriving ecosystems while working on a dairy farm in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. She holds an MS in Agriculture, Food, and Environment from Tufts University and a BA from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining AFT, she managed a portfolio of projects to improve water quality and farm profitability through regenerative grazing at the Wallace Center at Winrock International. Elisabeth is based in St. Louis, where you can find her gardening with native plants and obsessing over the latest cool bug she found.
