Erica Goodman

Director of Corporate Partnerships

Erica Goodman leads efforts to build strategic, mission-aligned collaborations with corporate partners that drive mutual growth and meaningful impact, working closely with industry leaders to design partnerships that create shared value. She has more than 15 years of experience fostering collaborative partnerships, leading engagement strategies, and managing impactful initiatives. Erica previous served as Farms for a New Generation Director at American Farmland Trust (AFT), where she championed programs addressing the generational transition of farm and ranch land. Prior to that, she was Deputy Director and then Director of AFT’s New York Regional Program and earlier served as Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at FoodCorps. Erica also spent nearly a decade representing urban, suburban, and rural non-farm interests on the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Committee.


Erica grew up on a family dairy farm in upstate New York, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities of generational transition in agriculture. She earned her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and holds a Master of Arts in mass communications research from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
