Erika Lisco

Erika joined American Farmland Trust in August of 2025. She supports AFT’s core mission areas using data analysis and cartography. Prior to joining AFT, Erika earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the Ohio State University and her master’s degree in Geographic Information Science (GIS) at Clark University. She has applied GIS in diverse settings, including at the local level at the County of Hawaiʻi, the federal level with NASA’s former Equity and Environmental Justice program, and in the non-profit sector with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Erika is passionate about leveraging GIS in conservation to enhance science communication, making data and information more accessible to all.
