Gina Kron

Gina is an Easement Specialist with American Farmland Trust, serving on an AFT team increasing the capacity of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to advance agricultural conservation easement acquisitions. She brings substantial experience in easement acquisition and land stewardship, having supported complex conservation transactions and stewardship efforts through her work with the NRCS Easement Acquisition Branch. Gina has a strong background in deed interpretation, compliance, and easement boundary documentation, and has worked closely with landowners, partners, and survey professionals to support accurate and defensible conservation outcomes. Gina is based in Wyoming, where she continues to support the protection of working lands. She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management with a focus on contracting and procurement. Outside of her professional work, Gina enjoys traveling with her husband, staying active through fitness and off-road biking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
