Jessica Hall

National Agricultural Land Network Coordinator

Jess, the National Agricultural Land Network Coordinator, joins AFT after serving as an Administrative Director, where she managed multiple domestic and international non-profit organizations. Her career in non-profit management has centered on membership and volunteer growth and retention, committee and board support, budgeting, marketing, and event planning. Jess also has a strong background in client relationship management and most recently served as a project manager specializing in the implementation of Microsoft-based CRM platforms. At AFT, she focuses on supporting NALN logistics, metrics, member recruitment, and engagement.

Jess earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she majored in Marketing. Before returning home to New Jersey, she served as the Marketing Team Leader for Whole Foods Market in Coral Gables. Jess’s love for animals and agriculture began at an early age. With her late grandfather being a self-made chicken farmer in South Jersey, she developed a deep passion for agriculture and a strong appreciation for the importance of supporting America’s farmers and preserving the land that nurtures us. In her spare time, Jess enjoys tending to her garden, writing songs on her guitar, preserving herbs and florals, painting, hiking, and snowboarding. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, their hilarious pup, Bear, and a small flock of (spoiled) hens.
