Midwest Farmland Protection Specialist
Josh is part of AFT’s Midwest Regional team. Based in Columbia, MO, Josh works with the Missouri state office of NRCS to further expand access, knowledge, and implementation of the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program – Agricultural Land Easements (ACEP-ALE) and other farmland protection programs throughout the state. Before joining AFT, Josh served as the Local Food Systems Coordinator with the Greenbelt Land Trust of Mid-Missouri. While at the Greenbelt Land Trust of Mid-Missouri, Josh supported the growth of the Land Trust’s Working Lands Initiative, focused on conserving the region’s farmland and supporting the next generation of farmers.
