Joy O'Shaughnessy

Joy serves as Acting Vice President of Communications at American Farmland Trust, where she leads the organization's communications, marketing, and digital engagement efforts. She works closely with teams across AFT to tell compelling stories, elevate the voices of farmers and ranchers, and connect more people to the mission of protecting farmland, promoting sound farming practices, and keeping farmers on the land. With a passion for relationship-building and strategic communications, Joy is focused on helping AFT communicate its impact clearly, authentically, and in ways that inspire action.
