Joy creates substantive programmatic and research partnerships that directly serve the missions of both AFT and participating businesses to help them meet their corporate sustainability goals and mitigate enterprise risk by building more resilient and dependable agricultural supply chains. She also supports and coordinates corporate engagement to advance programming, development, and communications between AFT and it’s partners Before coming to AFT, Joy was the Chief Operating Officer, Agribusiness at HighQuest Partners where she developed conferences in the ag sector including Women in Agribusiness, the Oilseed and Grain Trade Summit, and the Organic & Non-GMO Forum. Before her agricultural career, Joy was a television producer of educational and political programming where she won several national and regional awards, including two Emmy nominations from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
