Kali McPeters is a Portfolio Manager on the Project Management Team, where she supports complex, multi-partner initiatives across the Smart Solar, Farm Viability, and Prosperity Partners portfolios. She specializes in building clear systems around complicated work, bringing structure and strategic direction to programs at the intersection of agriculture, clean energy, and rural development.

Kali shapes programmatic decision-making and guides implementation strategy, aligning funding structures, compliance requirements, and operational workflows with long-term goals. With experience managing federally funded initiatives and subcontracts, she streamlines operations, strengthens cross-team coordination, and ensures regulatory requirements translate into effective, sustainable practice.

She has extensive experience building and supporting sustainable agricultural networks and is committed to advancing resilient and equitable food systems. Her leadership is grounded in systems thinking and operational clarity, with a focus on building strong internal infrastructure to drive external impact.

Kali holds a B.S. in Community and International Development and an M.S. in Community Development and Economics from the University of Vermont. She lives in the Green Mountains of Vermont, where her work remains closely connected to the communities and landscapes she calls home.
