Kathy Terry-Warner

Kathy Terry-Warner joined AFT in April 2026. She serves as an Easement Specialist on an AFT team increasing the capacity of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Her role is to assist NRCS with advancing agricultural conservation easement acquisitions. Previously, Kathy was an Easement Specialist with NRCS in Kentucky, and she has over 13 years of experience in this field. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Forest Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Master of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. She resides in Pulaski, Tennessee with her husband.
