Lauren joined American Farmland Trust in September 2025 and helps keep AFT’s membership program running smoothly. She works closely with fundraising teams and vendors to ensure thoughtful communications, efficient operations, and successful campaigns. With more than 14 years of experience in customer service and nonprofit work, Lauren is passionate about making a positive impact and building strong relationships. She brings expertise in project management, donor relations, and development operations. Lauren lives in the Greater Austin area with her husband, Josh, and their two boys.Together, they love exploring nature, discovering new coffee spots, and cooking up family favorites.
