Lauren Murray

Lauren joined American Farmland Trust in 2025 and supports the organization's membership and annual giving programs. She works across fundraising, stewardship, operations, and technology initiatives to strengthen donor engagement, enhance the supporter experience, and advance AFT's mission. Lauren's career has been rooted in serving people and building relationships. Before working in nonprofit development, she spent a decade in customer-focused leadership roles and later brought those skills to mission-driven organizations, including libraries, youth-serving, animal welfare, and environmental conservation nonprofits. Today, she specializes in donor engagement, development operations, project management, and CRM strategy. Lauren lives in the Greater Austin area with her husband, Josh, and their two boys. Together, they enjoy exploring nature, discovering local coffee shops, and cooking family favorites.
