Matt joined American Farmland Trust in March 2021. He works with our direct mail program and communicates with members regarding their membership and mailing preferences. Growing up in eastern North Carolina and working on family farms has provided Matt with a deep connection to agriculture that he brings to AFT. After graduating from Appalachian State University, Matt spent time working in nonprofit development and communications in Texas before becoming a part of the AFT team.
