Conservation Partnership Project ManagerBiography
Sarah manages AFT’s “Western New England Regenerative Agriculture” project. She works with our partners to provide resources and support to livestock farmers to implement regenerative agriculture practices and combat climate change. In her previous role at AFT, Sarah was a conservation planner working directly with farmers and other land managers to help them implement conservation practices on their farms, access federal funding, and protect their land as part of AFT’s partnership with USDA-NRCS. Before joining AFT, Sarah worked for USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service conducting research on forest pests and the phytosanitary treatment of traded goods. Sarah earned her M.S. in Entomology from Penn State studying tree fruit pollination and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College.
