Mid-Atlantic Grazing Mentor Manager

Taylor is the Mid-Atlantic Beef Project Mentor Manager, focusing on the development of peer-to-peer learning networks for cattle producers implementing regenerative grazing systems. Currently, Taylor lives between her residence in Prince William County, Virginia and her family’s home in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining AFT, Taylor worked at Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County, as the Beginner Farmer Program Manager. She developed and managed a farmer-to-farmer mentoring program for the Greater Catskills Hudson Valley Region, supporting beginner farmers establishing viable farm businesses. Taylor graduated from Penn State University. She served in the Peace Corps in Togo, as an agricultural extension volunteer, working with rabbit husbandry cooperatives. Taylor has raised livestock in pasture-based systems on farms in California and New Jersey. In her managerial-farming roles she has worked in collaboration with vegetable and fruit producers.
