Learn More about the Organizing Team
For the past decade, the Farms for a New Generation Team has created and delivered training programs focused on land access and land transfer for agricultural service providers. This expanded certification brings that experience to a broader audience and connects our past, present and future partnerships throughout the country.
We envision an agricultural future where the transfer of farmland creates opportunities rather than barriers for both retiring and aspiring farmers and ranchers.
We work to increase access to land and capital for the rising generation of farmers and ranchers, especially where barriers to entering and thriving in agriculture are the highest.
At the same time, we cultivate pathways for elder farmers and landowners to transfer their farms to next generation producers with dignity and confidence.
