Rachel Rondeau joined American Farmland Trust in June 2022 as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships, where she works to advance the mission and programming of AFT through partnerships and cause marketing. Prior to joining AFT, she was part of the global consumer marketing and sponsorships group at Mastercard, where she worked with partners to create high-impact, award-winning campaigns and sponsorship activations for the brand. She has also worked as a gardener at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and has a passion for native plants, regenerative agriculture, and ecological horticulture. Rachel holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.
