Amy joined American Farmland Trust in July of 2023. She is responsible for managing individual donor relationships within New England. Amy and her family live on their family farm in Connecticut where they operate a progressive dairy farm and private horse boarding facility. She is graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics. Prior to joining AFT Amy served as the Senior Director of Development for UConn’s College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources for 17 years. Amy also worked in the public policy arena for more than a decade representing the interests of farm families on the local, state and federal levels. She is a member of the Connecticut State FSA Committee, the Agri Mark Legislative and Education Committee and the Connecticut Hunter Jumper Association Equitation Committee.
